Once you open an account with us we provide you with an online control panel for you to effectively manage your calls. Each account provides a wide array of highly advanced features.

Rollover Minutes
You may upgrade your Call Forwarding plan and carry over your unused minutes from one month to the next. This  feature allows you to accumulate unused minutes for future  usage. Rollover Minutes is an optional feature and requires an additional fee based on the plan that you select.  Rollover Minutes accumulate each month and carry over to the next, for up to 6 billing periods. Rollover Minutes are collected when you use fewer minutes than the total minutes included in your international call forwarding plan.

Time of Day Routing
This feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to different phone numbers at different times of the day, depending on your weekly schedule.  You will be able to easily customize when and where each of your phone calls are forwarded.  

For example, you can set up your number in a way that allows calls made in the morning between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be forwarded to your office lines.  From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, calls could be forwarded to your cell phone.  After 10:00 PM until the following morning at 10:00 AM, calls could go directly to voice mail.   You could also divert all calls to your voice mail during the weekend.

The most significant advantage is that the receiving telephone number can be located anywhere in the world.

Call Recording 
This feature allows you to record all your inbound calls or just a smaller percentage of the calls received from any of your call forwarding services lines - and listen to them at any time. This feature is terrific for staff training, identifying missed opportunities or to ensure compliance.
Failover Forwarding
In case the main number you will answer may be busy or may not be always attended to take the call, you can enter up to four (4) back up phone numbers to take the call.  So, when a call is made to your toll free or local number, if the 
main number does not answer in certain number of seconds (you can also set this grace period), the service instantly dials the next failover number in the system. 

Sequential Forwarding 
This feature is used to deliver a call down a list of predetermined phone numbers. The benefit of sequential forwarding is the assurance that every call is acknowledged and answered. If an attendant is already on the phone or away from their desk, the call is simply forwarded to the next available attendant. This helps to minimize the ratio of unanswered calls. The feature can also be used to bridge the gap between call centers or employees in different areas. Call centers can be located across the world from each other, and there are a number of benefits to being able to forward calls back and forth. If  that number does not answer, then it goes to 3rd.  If no answer or busy, it can dial to a 4th number.

Simultaneous Call Forwarding
With this feature you can receive multiple calls all at the same time from the same phone number. While it's automatically activated for all eligible numbers, this feature may be unavailable for some numbers. Please see specific notes in our rates page for more info regarding this before making a purchase.

Customized Greeting
With this feature, you can record your own special greeting for the system to announce every time someone dials your local or toll free number before ringing to your phone. Example: If you record "Welcome to (name of company). Please wait while we connect your call" this message will be played first when someone dials your local or toll free number while the call is being forwarded to your existing phone.   

Advanced IVR/PBX
The Advanced IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a feature that allows a computer greeting system to receive incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department or extension. The caller simply navigates the customized menu through the use of voice and the telephone keypad.  You can create a welcome message, include announcements, prompts, call destinations, email destinations, and more.

Voicemail & Voicemail to Email
When activated "Voicemail" will answer if there your existing phone is busy or does not answer. You can also activate "do not disturb" option which automatically sends every call to your voice mail. You can check your voice mails by dialing your Global Call Forwarding number and go to your voice mail menu or you can receive them by email.
Call Transfer
Call Transfer Attended Call Transfer gives businesses the power to place an incoming call on hold, dial a pre-programmed digit sequence (programmable by the account owner) to reach a different department or call center located anywhere in the world, and transfer the call immediately or wait and brief the other department on the issue before transferring the call. While this feature is most useful for small businesses that do not have a PBX, large enterprises with sophisticated PBXs are showing interest in this feature for its ease of setup and its ability to utilize fewer PBX resources. 

With this feature, you can activate fax function on a local or toll free number which will allow you to receive and forward faxes to your email as image files. Please note that a successful fax transmission depends on many factors and some numbers may not be suitable for this feature. Please check the availability for ForwardFax feature before purchasing a number for this specific purpose.
Local Ring Tones
This feature enables you to assign a specific local ring tone from over 40 countries for your number. We have 40 unique ring tones used by all the countries of the world. All you need to do is to assign the ring tone that works for you.  
Customers and suppliers will assume that your business has a presence  in their country when they hear the corresponding ringback tone of their country. Local ringtones are also used to make  callers feel more comfortable. 

Toll Free Vanity Numbers (one time set up fee)
Choose your own vanity number that will be easy to remember (available only for USA numbers at an additional $10 set up fee per number).
