What does the caller pay?
If you get a Tel Aviv (+972 3), Jerusalem (+972 2) or other geographic city virtual number, your caller in Israel is responsible for any charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing a phone number in Israel. If your caller is calling the Israel geographic number from outside Israel, he/she will incur whatever IDD charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to Israel.
If you opt instead for getting an Israel toll free number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere in Israel.
